How kling-4.ai handles personal data for its AI video generation services.

This Privacy Policy explains how kling-4.ai ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use our website, AI video generation workspace, accounts, credits, billing features, emails, APIs, and related services (the "Service").
kling-4.ai is an independently operated online service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kuaishou Technology or the official Kling AI product.
Please read this policy before using the Service. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Service.
We collect only information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
When you create an account, sign in with Google, contact support, or subscribe to updates, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, login method, communication preferences, and the contents of your messages to us. Google processes the login itself under its own terms and privacy policy.
When you use the Service, we may process:
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, or content that you do not have the right to use.
To operate guest access, enforce fair-use limits, and prevent fraud or abuse, we may process signed guest and device identifiers, request timestamps, coarse browser or device information, referral information, approximate location derived from network information, task activity, and security events. Where our systems retain network or device risk identifiers, they are generally stored as keyed hashes rather than as plain identifiers. We do not use invasive canvas, audio, font, or WebGL fingerprinting for this purpose.
We may retain credit balances, grants, reservations, usage records, plan or product details, transaction status, order references, refunds, and subscription status so that we can provide purchased or promotional benefits and resolve billing issues.
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Waffo Pancake handles payment methods, payment-card information, applicable taxes, and payment processing. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers on our servers.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for login, security, guest access, fraud prevention, preferences, and checkout. We may also use optional analytics or marketing technologies if they are enabled and permitted by law. You can control non-essential technologies through any available consent controls and through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations, depending on the purpose of the processing.
When Waffo prompt screening is enabled, we send generation text (including negative prompts, storyboard prompts and Element descriptions) to Waffo for pre-generation content safety checks. Our screening audit logs record decisions, reason codes and request identifiers, not the prompt text or credentials. Only approved requests proceed; unavailable checks may temporarily prevent generation.
The Service currently supports generation using models including Kling 2.6 and Kling 3.0 Omni. To complete a generation request, we may send your prompt, reference materials, selected settings, and necessary task metadata to AI generation and infrastructure providers. Those providers may process the data under their own terms, privacy policies, retention rules, and safety requirements.
We may use automated safety checks, provider safeguards, and limited human review where reasonably necessary to investigate a report, resolve a support request, protect users, enforce our policies, or comply with law. We do not intentionally publish private prompts, uploads, or generated results unless you choose to share them or publication is otherwise clearly requested by you.
We do not use private prompts or uploaded materials to train our own AI models without separate notice and any consent required by law.

Each provider receives only the information reasonably required for its function. Some privacy laws define advertising or analytics disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, we will provide any required choices.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
An unresolved provider dispatch, charge dispute, safety investigation, or legal preservation requirement may delay deletion of the affected records.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, authentication protections, private storage for supported uploads, signed access links, logging controls, and provider security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your Google account, login session, API keys, and devices. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
You can update certain account information through the Service, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message, and manage cookies through available consent controls or your browser. Marketing opt-out does not stop necessary security, billing, transaction, or service notices.

We operate an online service and use providers that may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, or transfers to jurisdictions recognized as providing adequate protection.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete it where required.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party model providers, payment services, OAuth providers, storage services, or other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, law, or our providers. We will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service or by email, normally at least 15 days before the change takes effect unless a shorter period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
